We do our best to transform an unpleasant circumstance into a real right of the customer.It may happen that you are not satisfied with an order placed. The return can be made no later than 14 working days, by requesting the same item or by choosing a new one on the website.

- Items to be returned must be packed in their original condition and packaging.
- If the original packaging was damaged during opening, no worries! You can use another box, just make sure the product is well protected.
- It is important to enclose the purchase receipt or waybill with a brief description of the reason for the return.
